Donations on this website are processed through the secure PayPlus payment system. Card details are entered on the payment page only and are never stored by the foundation.
You may request cancellation of a one-time donation within 14 days of making it, by phone or email. Refunds are made to the card that was charged, within 14 days of receiving the request, with no cancellation fee.
You may stop a monthly donation at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next charge, provided we receive notice at least 3 business days before the charge date. Charges made before cancellation are not refunded, except in the case of an error.
A duplicate charge or a charge for an incorrect amount will be refunded in full, subject to verification.
Cancellation of transactions made on this website is subject to Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it, including Section 14C on cancelling distance transactions. If this policy and the law differ, the provisions more favorable to the donor apply. The Foundation charges no cancellation fee.

A receipt for each donation is sent to the email address provided at the time of the donation.
